Our story

Service Intelligence is a division of In-Touch Insight Systems. Founded in 1992, Service Intelligence has a rich history of expertise in business research and data collection. Originally known as ECom Communications, it was rebranded as Service Intelligence in 2000. Service Intelligence was acquired by Global Compliance Systems in 2006. In 2011, Service Intelligence was acquired as a division of In-Touch Insight Systems. In-Touch Insight roots go back to 1978 with Tenox Appraisal Systems.

In 1992 In-Touch Insight was formed and was the first market research company to develop and use kiosks for data collection. Since then, In-Touch has leveraged its expertise and experience in market research to forge a position of leadership in the mobile software and data collection services industry.

Combined, Service Intelligence and In-Touch Insight Systems have over 50 years of experience delivering brands with the insights they need to achieve service and operational excellence.
