- Outbound Telephone Calls – Global Compliance places two outbound call attempts to former employees to solicit participation in an exit interview if initially reached by phone or offers option of completing interview via website or inbound hotline. A postcard can be sent if the interviewee is not reached with two call attempts.
- Client Controlled Communication – you facilitate communication with the former employee using your desired vehicle and Global Compliance facilitates the exit interview and associated reporting.
