Jim Burke joined Global Compliance in 2009 from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) where he held a variety of senior leadership roles including President, Global Information Services and Chief Quality Officer, President, U.S. Customer Segments, and Senior Vice President, Global Solutions and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining D&B, he was Chief Development Officer of Prudential's e-Business Group and Head of Internet Marketing at First USA Bank. He also held marketing leadership roles at MCI Communications and served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He serves on the Boards of two charitable organizations, Covenant House and Tuesday's Children.

Suneet Bhatt
SVP, Online Solutions


Suneet Bhatt has twelve years of experience in various leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. In his position, he manages the online experience, both public facing and client facing, for branding, marketing, and product service efforts.

Prior to joining Global Compliance, Suneet served as co-founder of Social Symmetry, a Social Impact Consulting company. Social Symmetry was the culmination of his work at Prudential Financial, Dun & Bradstreet, and Hagerty Consulting, where, in addition to operating as a Senior Consultant, he led the organization's award-winning re-branding efforts. At D&B, Suneet served as Leader, Customer Strategy and Product Development for the Small Business Division, and at Prudential Financial he held the position of Vice President in the organization's e-Business Development Group and served as Project Manager for the company's year-long 125th Anniversary celebration.

Suneet has a BA in English from Rutgers University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He serves as co-founder and executive advisor to Dream Village, a start-up social enterprise that uses picture books and the web to teach children about pressing social issues.

Matt Starnes
Manager Client Services


Matt Starnes worked with Global Compliance, Service Intelligence's parent company in 2007 as a Quality Control Team Leader. Matt's previous job experience included client analysis, account growth, and account retention as Branch Manager of Allied Electronics, Inc. and Dell.

Matt majored in Communications from Appalachian State University and also assisted at risk high school children in the L.I.N.K. program.

Director of Client and Business Operations


Navi Vaid joined Service Intelligence in 2000, excelling in project management and leadership that led to his swift promotion to Manager of Program Delivery managing over 60,000 independent contractors. In 2006 Vaid was promoted to Director of Operations. Vaid assumed his current role as Sr. Director of Business Development and Operations in March 2008.

Prior to joining Service Intelligence, Vaid owned his own marketing consulting business. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Calgary.

 
Darcy Paulsen
Darcy Paulsen
Senior Director of Business Development


Darcy Paulsen joined Service Intelligence in 2000. Darcy began his tenure in a number of operational strategic roles and was promoted to Client Relationship Manager for some of Service Intelligence's Fortune 500 marquis accounts. In 2003, Darcy was promoted into sales and now serves as a Senior Director of Business Development. He has secured and managed new Fortune 500 business in both the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining Service Intelligence, Darcy spent seven years as an operations and training manager in the cash management industry.

Darcy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from the University of Calgary.

Geneva Love
Sales


Geneva Love joined the Global Compliance in 1997 as Customer Service Manager, and moved into business development and sales in 1999. She is responsible for promoting business development opportunities both domestically and internationally. In addition to new business development, she seeks to expand services to existing clients, providing insight regarding compliance auditing, site inspections, data collection techniques, mystery shopping, and employee communications solutions.

Geneva has over twenty years experience in the areas of operations, management, customer service, marketing and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University
